Pre-show
1. Stand Construction for Raw Space
Please send your application to the Organizing Committee of “SNEC（2009）PV POWER EXPO” (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee) before March 20, 2009 .
2. Special Requests
Please contact the Organizing Committee before April 15, 2009 for special requests such as overweight exhibits and combining standard booths.
3. Company Name for booth header board- Standard Booth Only
Please confirm your company name for booth header board with the Organizing Committee before April 15, 2009.
4. Additional Furniture/Facility Renting.
Please contact the Organizing Committee before April 20, 2009.
5. Badges Pre-ordering
You can pre-order your Exhibitor Badges and Contractor Badges from April 1, 2009 to April 15, 2009.

On-site
1. Transportation
You can take Subway Line 2 or one of the following bus and get off at the North Entrance of Shanghai New International Expo Centre (2345 Long Yang Road):
Da Qiao Line 5/6, Dong Chuan Line, Shen Qing Line, Yang Zhu Line, Fang Chuan Line,
Hu Shi Line, Shen Jian Line.
2.On-site Registration and Badges Ordering
Registration desk is located at the North Entrance of Shanghai New International Expo Center. You can pick up your exhibitor badges there.
3. Locate Your Booth
After picking up your badges, you can enter the Expo Center to locate your booth.
4. Shipping
If you choose to use the Official Freight Forwarders for your items, please contact them directly. You can find more details in the shipping section of this manual.
5. Booth Set-up
When you set up your booth after the booth construction and exhibits move-in, please pay close attention to our fire and safety regulations. The Expo Center security department will ask you to make modification if your set-up violates those rules. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problem.
6. Stand Checking
The Expo Center will be locked down for stand checking at 17:00 on May 5, 2009.
7. Daily Entry
Exhibitor must enter the exhibition hall 30 minutes before the exhibition starts everyday, including the opening ceremony day.
8. Exhibits Move-out
The closing time of SNEC（2009）PV POWER EXPO is 15:00 on May 8, 2009. Exhibits move-out before this time is not allowed.
9. Belongings
You are responsible for the safety of all your exhibits and personal belongings. It is not recommended to keep cash, expensive equipments or other valuables on-site unless it is necessary. If you have to store valuables on-site, please notify Expo Center’s security department or the Organizing Committee.
