3. General Rules
3.1. Exhibitors’ company name must be the same as shown on Booth Header Board (Standard Booth Only).
3.2. Exhibits must match the exhibit declaration of exhibitor.
3.3. No exhibits or promotion are allowed to extend beyond the booth(s).
3.4. Booth can not be rented, transferred or lent to other companies.
3.5. Exhibitors may not display or promote any product or technology that voilate intellectual property laws. No item should be sold during the show.
3.6. All aisle space belongs to the Exposition. Any activity which results in the obstruction of aisles or prevents ready access to neighboring booths may be suspended for any period specified by Show Management.
3.7. All exhibitors who wish to use recorded or live presentations should submit a detail description of their planned activity for Show Management’s approval. Noise must stay below 70db.
3.8. Exhibits must be clean and leak-free.
3.9. Littering is prohibited.
3.10. Exhibitors must, at their own expense, keep their space clean and their exhibits in good order.
