1. Unless otherwise noted, the quote is valid throughout the exhibition.
2. Order has to be placed before April 20, 2008 and rental fees must be fully paid before April 20, 2008, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
After we receive your order forms, we will issue the Invoice to you. Your order will not be completed until you receive our Invoice and arrange the full payment before the deadline.
3. Late Orders after deadline: 50% extra fee will be charged for orders received after deadline (2008/4/30)
4. All items rental are irrevocable. If orders are cancelled or changed by exhibitors, rental fees will not be refunded.

A. Login http://www.snec.org.cn/hyzc/snern_orgen/RegMember_reg.asp, register to be our member, enter the online registration area, fill out the form Quotation for Meeting Rooms and submit it.
B. Download the order form and return the completed form to the Service Department of the Organizing Committee. Click Quotation for Meeting Rooms to download.
