       Venue: Meeting rooms of Shanghai International Convention Center
       Time: The Corporate Seminar will be held from morning on April 20, 2009. One seminar will be held each day and each will last for 150 minutes (Conference organizer will make appropriate arrangement).
       Arrangement: The Corporate Seminar must be registered in advance and the meeting room will be arranged by organizer.
       Room Fee: According to the Quotation for Meeting Rooms on Page 93-94.

       Schedule will be printed on Conference Handbook (to be decided), Conference Guidance (to be decided), Forum Directory and Show Preview.
       Direction signs on the site of exhibition.
       Necessary facilities for the meeting room can be checked in P.63.Extra facility for the workshop, will be charged.
       Note:
       Please fill in the Enterprise Workshop Application Form (refer to Form 17) if you need to book a meeting room.
       Please send the application form to Shanghai Environmental Science Information Technology        Exchange Center before April 20th; otherwise, 50% extra fee will be charged and the first two free service mentioned-above will not be available.

       B. Download the order form and return the completed form to the Service Department of the Organizing Committee. Click Enterprise Workshop Application to download.
