1. Fire Safety:
    All decorative material must be fireproof. Wooden material must be coated with fireproof paint or other fireproof layer. Inflammable foam, wooden material with no fire prevention treatment and plastic sheet are strictly prohibited.
    No smoking and open flame in the exhibition hall. Electric welding, gas welding and cutting are prohibited. Packaging material and other inflammable materials must be removed in time.
    Neon lights and halogen lamps are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Halogen lamp above 150W is not allowed during booth construction. All lights must keep 50 cm distances from any inflammable materials.
    Electric equipments must be properly distributed. Electric circuit overload is prohibited.
    The booth height must not exceed the automatic fire sprinkler, detection & alarm system. Fire     sprinkler pipes can not be hung with banners. Construction materials must not block fire hydrants.
    Goods, booths or other articles can not be placed within the yellow line under the fire-resisting shutter.
    Goods placed in the temporary storage of the booth must be properly arranged. Inflammable articles must not be placed on wires and electricity switches. All specially structured booths must rent fire-fighting equipments in case of emergency.
    Construction personnel shall tie up safety belt when making mid-air operations over 4 meters.
    All electricians must have their electrician licenses with them.
    1.10.Electricity supplies for construction illumination and exhibitors’ equipments must be separated. All electricity wires must meet China’s Fire Safety Standards and Electricity Safety Standards.
    1.11.All regulations must be implemented according to China’s Fire Safety Standards and Security Standards. Power for your booth will be shut down for any violation. Contractor and exhibitors who cause accident may be prosecuted to the full extent of law.
    2. Security:
    In the exhibition hall, construction personnel shall wear corporate uniforms and credentials provided by the Exhibition Center.
    Construction personnel from other provinces and regions shall carry identity card, certificate for temporary resident and labor handbook.
    3. In-hall Notice:
    Pillars and wall surfaces shall not be covered with advertising papers. Any violation will be fined RMB500. If pillars need to be covered during special decoration, the contractor shall notify the hall management and provide construction drawings for approval.
    Contractors who set up wires and use electricity without approval will be fined RMB1000 by exhibition center. Accidents such as overload, short circuit, wire fire, electricity switch damage, etc. will be fined RMB2000 by exhibition center.
    The exhibition center accept request for hoisting points (the hoisting point shall not be used as supporting point and shall meet the requirements for fire safety and security). The effect drawings of hoisting point shall be sent to the exhibition center for approval. The contractor shall notify the manager of operations department or hoisting point examiners before hoisting point related     construction. All the hoisting points shall be cleared at the day of move-out, otherwise all deposit will not be returned.
