        1. Application
        1). Exhibitors who have booked “Raw Space” stands may use either the Official Stand Contractors or appoint any other contractor. Official Stand Contractors’ contact information is on Page25. This contractor will have to comply with the rules and regulations on the booth construction of exhibition including the regulation on two-storey stand (Details on 8-24).
        2). Contractors hired by exhibitors must have their license as proof of the capacity to do indoor decoration, and have adequate staff and materials. They must be qualified and responsible for completing construction in time.
        3).Exhibitors of raw space booths should submit the application materials to the Service Department for the approval by the Exhibition Center and Fire Security Department no later than April 20, 2008.
        4). Cost of Raw Space contractor is as below：
        i. Hall management fee: Official Stand Contractor RMB 20/sqm
Unofficial Stand Contractor RMB 25/sqm
        ii. Raw space deposit (refund after move-out)

        If stand contractors did not violate any rules and regulations of exhibition, kept all facilities in hall safe during construction to move-out period, and removed all materials out of hall after move-out, raw space deposit will be refunded by the Service Department after staff checks everything in booth is OK. Before construction, stand contractors will have to pay the hall management fee and raw space deposit to the Service Department before move-in. Admission badges will not be issued to stand contractors without the receipt or invoice of payment.
