In order to protect the fixed devices in exhibition hall, avoid the device damage, and ensure successful move-in and move-out of exhibits, the Exhibition Center formulates the following regulation on the size of exhibits and structural materials:
    Indoor exhibit’s or structural material’s length limit is 5 meters; height limit is 2.4 meters, and width limit is 3 meters. Structural materials may not enter the second or third floor through automatic escalator. The Exhibition Center will suggest the exhibitors or contractors reset any over large exhibits within the required scope. Violation will result a fine of over RMB 2000.
