Each booth is entitled for 3 free badges. Extra badge is 100RMB each. Exhibitors and contractors can preorder their badges or pick up badges on-site. We strongly recommend preordering to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
1. Pre-ordering Badges
To apply for badges, please send in filled The Exhibitors and Contractors Registration Form with your chromo photos (2 inch photos for exhibitors, and with information of Company name, Full Name and Booth on the back of those photos) to the show management from April 1, 2008 to April 30, 2008, After we receive signed contracts and payments, badges will be mailed to exhibitors or picked up at Exhibitors Registration desk at the hall of Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center International Hotel from May 7, 2008 to May 9, 2008. Exhibition invoices issued by show management, or the copies of wire transfer slips are required upon badge pickup 【Exhibitors who rent raw space (1 8㎡+) could collect their badges by showing the valid invoices, receipts or remittance slips of hall management fees and raw space deposits 】
2. Ordering Badges On-site
From May 7, 2008 to May 9, 2008, badges can be applied and collected at Exhibitors Registration Desk at the hall of Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center International Hotel, by filling The Exhibitors and Contractors Registration Form with chromo photograph (2 inch photos for exhibitors, and with information of Company, Full Name and Booth on the back photos), and by showing invoices or copies of remittance slips. 【Exhibitors who rent raw space (1 8 ㎡+) could collect their badges by showing the valid invoices, receipts or remittance slips of hall management fees and raw space deposits 】。
3. Badges Management
(1) Show security personnel will inspect your badges at the entries. Nobody will be allowed to enter the hall without a valid badge.
(2) Giving, lending or selling badges to any unauthorized person or altering badges without management authorization is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be punished accordingly.
(3) Please keep your badges carefully to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
(4) Any change on badge holder’s identification must be approved by show security department.
(5) During the assembly and dismantling periods, loading and unloading of exhibits need to be done within designated area.
