    In order to avoid any physical and property damage caused by the use and construction of the booth and to ensure a successful exhibition, we hereby notify you in writing as follows:

    The drawings of two-story, multi-story and outdoor stand design must be reviewed by Grade A National Registered Structural Engineer. The Organizing Committee of “SNEC（2008）SolarPV” has provided a sample form of Building Approval for Multi-storey Stand Design. Exhibitors and contractors should fill it out and submit it to the Organizing Committee for keeping in the archives.

    The drawing s of all special design booths must be reviewed and approved by the Organizing Committee. For all booths unapproved by Grade A National Registered Structural Engineer, a drawing inspection fee shall be charged at RMB 40/SQM. For all booths approved by Grade A National Registered Structural Engineer, a drawing re-inspection fee shall be charged at RMB 25/SQM. (the reviewed area is calculated upon the actual area of special booth design). If the exhibitors choose to use the Official Booth Contractors, the drawing review and inspection will be free of charge.
